Return & Refund Policy

At Savi Fragrances, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure product quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.


2. Diffusers

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Used or modified diffusers cannot be accepted for return or refund.


3. Fragrance Oils

  • Only unopened and sealed bottles are eligible for return within 14 days.

  • Once opened or the seal is broken, the product is considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.


4. Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, clearance, or promotional items, including those purchased with discount codes, are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.


5. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email info@savifragrances.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and clear photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  3. Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

Please allow up to 15 business days for inspection and processing once the item is received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.


6. Shipping Your Return

  • Customers must use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of shipment.

  • Savi Fragrances is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may be rejected.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@savifragrances.com.
Include your order number and photos or a short video showing the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at our discretion.
In approved cases, return shipping costs may be covered by Savi Fragrances.
