At Savi Fragrances, we strive to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions.

 

Diffusers

You may return your diffuser within 14 days of delivery, provided it remains unused, in its original conditiony in original packaging. We are unable to accept returns for used or damaged diffusers. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

Fragrance Oils

Unopened and sealed oil bottles are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Once the bottle has been opened or the seal broken, the product is considered final sale and non-refundable. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

 

Sale and Promotional Items

All items purchased during sales, promotions, flash deals, or using discount codes are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@savifragrances.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and if applicable, clear photos of the item.

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship your product back to us. Please allow up to 15 business days for return or exchange processing. You will receive email updates regarding the status of your request.

 

Shipping Your Return

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. Savi Fragrances is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@savifragrances.com. Include your order number and attach photos or video of the issue. Once reviewed, we may approve a replacement or refund at our discretion. In approved cases, return shipping may be covered by Savi Fragrances.
